This webinar will present the methods my first board taught me on how to avoid creating a
business plan is a booklet shoved on a shelf after the first reading, and instead create an
“Operations Plan”. This will focus on a plan that is on one piece of paper and is a usable
tool your staff helps to create and will be looked at by all every week. We will explore
creating the 2 to 3 simple to understand goals and what has to happen to achieve them.
The result will be a plan that is central to every meeting, whether in groups or with
individuals and helps your people relished winning.
